I would like you to know that I love my new condo at the Riviera Classics and I very much appreciate the wonderful job you did in securing it for me. I particularly valued the fact that you were able to provide me with a wealth of comparative information on prices and quality of condos, as well as show me a number of units, so that in the end I found the perfect place.
 
I appreciated your constant efforts on my behalf and your willingness to spend as much personal time with me as needed in order to help me reach the right decision. And this same personal attention to my needs occurred with the subsequent selling of my house.
 
After the condo purchase decision was made, I dreaded the thought of going through the selling process. My major concerns were pricing, staging, and fixing up my home so that it showed well. But you made it easy for me as you personally guided me through what would normally be a very difficult thing to do.

First of all, you checked the entire house looking for defects that needed touching up and linked me up with an excellent contractor who repaired the things you noted and at a reasonable price. All this was completed within several weeks. You also toured the house with me from a staging perspective, and while you suggested removing some things from some surfaces, you recommended against professional staging, saying that the house looked beautiful as is, even with all the bookcases, books and memorabilia. That reassured me and simplified the entire process.

Then there were our ongoing discussions on appropriate pricing. You provided a treasure chest of information on the selling prices of numerous homes in my immediate neighbourhood and in the general Alta Vista area where I lived.

You convinced me that my house was unique in design and size, and could therefore command a higher price than any previous listing on my street. And you were absolutely right. My house sold within a very short period of time and at a great price, and best of all, with hardly any showings required, and with minimal stress to me.
 
Looking back on my experience some months later, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the personal time you spent with me and your constant attention to meeting my needs. I don’t think any other real estate agent would have provided your level of service and care.
