Buying or selling a home is a big decision – you need an experienced professional to guide you through the process.
When you work with me, you can count on personal, attentive, patient service, excellent knowledge of the area, great negotiation skills and expert selling strategies..
My name is Paul Jackson.
I have been helping people find their perfect home in Ottawa, as well as sell, rent or manage their existing properties since 2012. I offer personalized and full services, including listing and advertising your property for sale, or helping you to figure out what you can afford and finding the right neighborhood (with the best schools, transit access or restaurants) to match your needs.
For many, buying a new home is the biggest decision they’ll ever make and you want to do it right. If you hire me, you’ll get me, working hard on your behalf, not a nameless assistant or a team of junior realtors doing the leg work while I take all the credit. Moreover, I offer straightforward advice that cuts through the technical jargon and glossy marketing to help you achieve your goal, and you call the shots.
If you’ve already hit the ground running, I can work with your banker or lawyer. Or, if you need some help finding the right professionals, I can refer you to a designer who will dress up your home to appeal to the highest number of potential buyers in order to sell your home faster and for more money, a mortgage broker to help you secure the lowest mortgage rate for that new home, and a lawyer who will ensure your investment is protected.
To learn more about me, or why I left Boston to move to Ottawa and why I buy and sell real estate, or you just would like know how I can help you, give me a call and we can set up a time and place to meet.

Here’s a Challenge: How Do You Put Curb Appeal on a Townhouse?
Townhouses can be freehold or part of a condominium. What you CAN do will depend on the type of townhome you are selling.
Ignore the fact you might be working with a tiny front yard. Put aside your concerns about shared walls and condo restrictions that make it difficult to adapt generic curb appeal advice. In this post, I’ll help you achieve the curb appeal your neighbours would die for.
